Bissbi Cabinet Direct commit to provide customers with outstanding products and services.  Customers can cancel an order within 24 hours after they place it.  ONCE THE ORDER IS SHIPPED, IT CAN'T BE CANCELED.

If you would like to return items, you can follow the guideline below:

• ONLY unopened/unassembled/uninstalled items are eligible for a return
• The return period is 7 days starting from the day the order is delivered
• Send us an email.  We will send you a return form and further instructions
• Customers are responsible for shipping the returning items to our warehouse
• Please provide us with the tracking number once shipping is arranged
• The returned items are subject to inspection and approval
