Bissbi Cabinet Direct understand the impact of damages/defects to a renovation and thus process claims diligently.

  • Upon seeing damages to the delivery, please ACCEPT the delivery and notify us within 72 hours
  • Items that are eligible for a replacement include manufacturing defects or damages that aren't caused by customers.
  • Send us an email.  We will provide you with a claim form and further instructions
  • All claims must be written and provided with photos
  • Damaged/defective items must be shipped to our warehouse for a replacement.  Please provide us with a tracking number once shipping is arranged.
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of damages/defects to our warehouse.  We will cover the cost of replacement shipment
  • Opened box/assembled box/installed box are NOT claimable nor refundable
