Bissbi Cabinet Direct understand the impact of damages/defects to a renovation and thus process claims diligently.
- Upon seeing damages to the delivery, please ACCEPT the delivery and notify us within 72 hours
- Items that are eligible for a replacement include manufacturing defects or damages that aren't caused by customers.
- Send us an email. We will provide you with a claim form and further instructions
- All claims must be written and provided with photos
- Damaged/defective items must be shipped to our warehouse for a replacement. Please provide us with a tracking number once shipping is arranged.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of damages/defects to our warehouse. We will cover the cost of replacement shipment
- Opened box/assembled box/installed box are NOT claimable nor refundable
