Shipping

We appreciate your businesses!  All of the items are shipped from our Toronto, Ontario, Canada warehouses.

Customers have 24 hours to cancel an order.  After the 24 hours and the order is shipped, the order can't be reversed.

• An order is ready for pickup at a local warehouse as soon as next day.  We will provide you with further pickup instructions.
• An order is ready for shipping typically within 3 business days.  Cabinets are wrapped and shipped on pallets.
• The delivery is curbside.  The driver is NOT responsible for helping with moving cabinets in any way.  It is the customer's sole responsibility to arrange assistance.
• Freight company typically doesn't have a specific delivery time, so the delivery window is presumed to be 24 hours.
• The estimated arrival time of a shipment is an estimate and not guaranteed.  Transit time varies due to unforeseen reasons.  We are not responsible for any uncontrollable delays due to freight.
• Out-of-stock/back-ordered items: Customers have the option of waiting for the entire order to be shipped, accepting a substitution for the unavailable item, or having the back-ordered item shipped separately from the main kitchen order.  We cover the shipping cost for the back-ordered item.  We don't foresee/control inventory, and thus are NOT responsible for any delay and/or costs incurred to projects and customers alike.
